BOB DOUGLAS
Kitchen Lead

As our Kitchen Lead, Bob brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and a steady hand to our team. A Manteca resident since 1992, Bob is a family man who has been married to his wife, Dee, since 1977, and together they have raised two sons. Before joining us, Bob served his country for 12 years in the Air Force, including two deployments during Operation Desert Storm. This background instilled in him the discipline and precision he now applies in the kitchen. He also has valuable experience in the shipping industry, where he coordinated the delivery of disaster relief supplies across the United States. That history of service and reliable delivery is the perfect foundation for our kitchen, where he ensures every dish is prepared and delivered to the highest standard.
