Full job description

The Thomas Toy Community Center, a faith-based, non-profit, religious organization located in Manteca, CA is searching for an Executive Director.

The Executive Director will be responsible for the start-up, overall planning, and operations of the non-profit Thomas Toy Center in accordance with the mission and goals as outlined by the Board of Directors. This position will provide leadership, direction, and support to the Board in developing organizational goals and strategies, managing facilities, staff and programs, obtaining and allocating resources, and establish operational policies and procedures in a faith based environment.

Hours:

• 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Days and hours may vary due to events and activities. May require some evenings and weekends.

Salary:

• $85,000-$95,000 annually

Additional Position Information:

• High school graduate supplemented by college level course work in relationship to the position as described with two (2) years employment experience in a closely related field.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

• Possession of a valid California Driver’s License with a safe driving record.

• Ability to be bonded.

• Obtain Department of Justice background clearance and drug test prior to employment.
