Position:       Executive Director

Reports to:  Board of Directors

 

Hours:          9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday ( Days and hours may vary due to events  

                      and activities.  May require some evenings and weekends).

 

Position information:

Full-time.  Salary:  $78,000

​

High school graduate supplemented by college level course work in relationship to the position as described with 2 years employment experience in a closely related field.

​

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

​

Possession of a valid California Driver’s License with a safe driving record.

​

Ability to be bonded.

​

Obtain Department of Justice background clearance and drug test prior to employment.

​

Job Summary:  Position is a faith-based religious organization responsible for the start-up, overall planning and operations of the non-profit organization Thomas Toy Community Center in accordance with the mission and goals as outlined by the Board of Directors.  This position will provide leadership, direction and support to the Board in developing organizational goals & strategies, managing facilities, staff & programs, obtaining and allocating resources and establish operational policies and procedures in a faith based environment.
