No Boys Allowed program at the Thomas Toy Community Center is an all-girls fitness initiative designed specifically for students in 7th through 12th grade. This program provides a safe, supportive space for girls to focus on their physical health and personal growth.

At the TRECC Wellness Center, we believe that every young person deserves a safe space to be heard, valued, and supported. As a specialized branch of the Thomas Toy Community Center, our mission is to provide professional counseling and life-changing coaching tailored to the unique challenges of today’s teens. We don’t just focus on the individual; we partner with the entire family to foster healthy interactions, build lasting confidence, and improve the overall quality of life in our community.

YLM is “Your Life Matters” podcast where teens are interviewed and listened to. Meet every Thursday 4-5pm.
